Learn to love the UniFi Debug Terminal. This handy little tool can help you and I provide over the top Ubiquiti support. If you need to retrieve files from a UniFi access point or UniFi switch you can do it with the debug terminal. You have access to a Linux terminal so use your imagination! You can SSH into other devices and see the whole network. For this reason you should use strong passwords on all of your devices and if 2FA (two factor authentication) is available you should use it where you can!
