Every swap different hardware on your network with the same IP and it doesn’t work? You reboot everything and then it works? It’s likely an ARP (address resolution protocol) problem. What’s an ARP table do? It tells the computer what IP addresses are linked to what MAC addresses to get info moved around your network. Somtimes you need to flush and rebuild the table!
