Do you have a lot of sites or devices in your UniFi controller? Is it not running as smoothly as it used to? Try increasing the amount of memory available to UniFi!
On your controller go to /usr/lib/unifi/data and edit the system.properties file. Change the initial and max java heap (memory) available to UniFi using these commands:
unifi.xms=10240
unifi.xmx=10240
The above example would be 10Gb.
