Sometimes when you’re working with EdgeRouters you will need to connect to the console. Have you ever seen the console port on an EdgeRouter X? Grab your #00 screwdriver and let’s dig into your router! You’ll need a USB to TTL cable and a #00 phillips screwdriver. Get all your parts below and see a picture of my setup! That serial cable will also be used to flash our Meraki AP! 🙂
