Do you run a Cloud Key or know someone who runs a Cloud Key? Make sure it’s on a battery backup and you use an SD card to do auto backup! If powering from a switch make sure the switch is plugged into a UPS. If the Cloud Key loses power it can go into this zombie state where it never boots. If auto backup is enabled and doing it’s job you can quickly factory default the cloud key and restore from backup!
