We thought it was time to start sharing some of our pro level UCM deployment tips with you all. Here’s our first tip — we ALWAYS add static routes to networks where voice devices the UCM will be communicating with are placed. Even if the UCM has a default route — we still add the routes. This is just one of the ingredients to our super successful deployments. As always — YMMV.
