Have you had a firmware load failure on your Grandstream GXV3350? Well — grab a USB drive and the latest firmware and let’s fix it. Unzip and copy the firmware to the root of the USB drive. Power off the phone and insert the USB drive into the USB port on the back. Power on the phone. When the MWI turns from Red to Green hold and press 3 and * at the same time. The device will then begin reflashing the system with the firmware on the USB drive. Once the load is complete and the device reboots you can unplug the USB drive.
