Does TP-Link Omada Send Your Data to China? Lab Setup.
Every time I bring up TP-Link or Omada the comments tell me that TP-Link Omada is sending my data to China. Does it? Not sure! We’re going to find out! I’m nesting my Omada equipment behind my UDM SE and we’re turning on region blocking, IDS/IPS, honeypot, and content filtering. I’m going to run normal traffic through it for the next week and see what happens! If it passes the sniff test we’ll replace all other equipment here for the next 30 days with Omada to see how it performs!
