Don’t want your Mac to sleep? Caffeinate it!

Is your Mac going to sleep in the middle of a download, presentation, backup, or long-running task? macOS includes a handy Terminal command called caffeinate that can keep your Mac awake while you need it.

In this video, I show you how the caffeinate command works and how it can help prevent your Mac from sleeping at the wrong time. It’s built into macOS, so there’s no extra app to install.

Have you used caffeinate before? Tell me what you use it for in the comments!
