I still believe that Synology provides the best content filtering in its class. The interface is easy to use and the filter is so customizable that you’ll be amazed at what it can do. If you have savvy kids or people in your network — the layering of the filtering allows you defeat some of the issues that cause other content home and SMB content filters to not be effective. You can even use the Synology router in line with your existing network equipment to provide this functionality without swapping your entire network or router gear out!
